You're More Than Your Struggles
Healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're struggling with addiction, rebuilding your life in recovery, or navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, you don't have to do it alone.
I believe therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.

My Approach
Every person's story is unique, so therapy should be too. I use a collaborative, compassionate approach that integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology to help clients gain insight, build practical coping skills, and create lasting change.
About Me
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate) practicing under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S). I am passionate about helping adults and families affected by addiction discover hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose.
