Ana Jacobo, founder and clinician.
Ana Jacobo,
I have always been curious about people. Airports were one of the first places I noticed it. I would sit and wonder about each person passing by, where they were going, what they were carrying, and what had shaped them. That curiosity stayed with me. Over time, as I worked with children, teens, and families, I began to notice patterns. Experiences, culture, and relationships shape how we think, feel, and connect. What looks like behavior often has a story underneath. That is what led me to this work.
Every behavior and emotion has meaning. We look beneath the surface, so change is guided by insight, not assumption.
Understanding at the core.
I use clearly defined, evidence-based approaches — EMDR, qEEG-guided neurofeedback, CBT, CPT, and play therapy. If research does not support it, I do not offer it.
Evidence over aesthetics.
Healing happens in connection. The focus is on strengthening relationships, building confidence, and creating lasting change.
